The ISO 14001/ISO 45001 QuickStart© Program is designed to help facilities seeking to develop an either an ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management system (EMS or OHS). The goal will be to evaluate existing business systems, provide onsite training to the implementation team, and development of a detailed timeline and action plan.

Implementation Team Training: This will be a 4‐hour training session designed to give the implementation team a good understanding of the ISO14001 OR ISO 45001 standard and how to develop each required element. We will cover each element of the standard (4.0 Context through 10.0 Improvements) and provide examples of the required documentation. This will get the team ready to begin putting together the EMS or OHS management system
Leadership Training: This will be a 1‐½ training session presented to key managers and supervisors. It will provide an overview of EHS performance, ISO14001 or ISO 14001 standard, and presentation of the implementation plan and needed resources. This will provide the management team a good understanding of the process needed to communicate to plant personnel.
